Wheel of Fortune
Similar to Roulette, but with simpler bets. The Wheel of Fortune is very visual and the wheel stands our. It is a great game with players cheering when winning the ‘Jackpot’.
The large stand up wheel has a ‘ticker’ at the top which will land on a number when the wheel stops spinning and this number is then the winner for that spin.
Each spin is individual and does not relate to the previous spin. The Croupier will spin the wheel and players are invited to place their bets on the layout and predict which number they think the ‘ticker’ will land on:
How to play
The object of the game is to predict the number or symbol on which the spinning wheel will stop.
Place your bet(s) on the wheel of fortune table corresponding to where you think the spinning wheel will stop. Players may place their bets until the dealer announces “No more bets”. The dealer then spins the wheel of fortune. The space in which the indicator rests after the wheel has stopped is the winning space. A bet wins if it corresponds to this number or symbol. The spinning wheel must complete at least 3 revolutions to be a valid spin.
Odds of Winning Wheel of Fortune
Wheel of Fortune is a chance-based casino game. Games of chance are based on the concepts of randomness. You cannot influence whether you will win or lose, so all players have an equal chance of winning. It doesn’t matter if you just lost three times in a row, or 40. The odds of winning never change. The only thing you can control is how much you bet, how often you play and for how long. That’s why many players set a limit beforehand — it’s the best way to keep chance-based games fun –
- Odds of bets are: 1’s – pays 1-1, 5’s – pays 5-1, 10’s pays 25-1, 25’s pays 20-1 JACKPOT / 50 pays 50-1
- There are a lot more 1’s than there are 25’s for example and that is why the odds are higher for betting on number 25.
- Losing bets are taken off by the croupier.
The Jackpot can be won at any time.
The Wheel of Fortune is a fast game and very easy to play.
